Shipping & schedule

Weekly schedule. Your subscription delivers every week. Finalize meals, skip, or pause by Monday 11:59 PM Central. At that cutoff your card is charged and that delivery locks. Boxes arrive Wednesday–Friday. The next week opens right after.

Shipping. Boxes ship frozen in insulated cartons with cold pack — freezing locks in peak flavor for the trip. Rates shown at checkout (typically $38–$76 by carton count). Jazz Feast and Mardi Gras boxes include free shipping. Alaska and Hawaii may surcharge.

On arrival. Keep frozen or refrigerate. Heat when you’re ready. If a carton arrives damaged or fully thawed, photograph it within 2 hours and email orders@fleurdelish.com so we can help.

Subscriptions. Skip or pause before Monday cutoff from your account. Once an order has passed cutoff and entered packing, that delivery continues as scheduled.
