Cajun BBQ chicken plate

Private label

We manufacture
your product.

This is a manufacturer taking your product onto its line. Cook, freeze, pack, label, hold, ship — in a controlled commercial food-production environment in New Orleans. You own the brand. You sell it. We are not a meal-prep company renting leftover kettle time.

What private label actually means here

You should not have to build a plant to put your name on New Orleans food.

Bring the recipe. We make it exactly — to the T — or we lock a spec with you until it is yours. Then this kitchen does the rest: cook it fresh, freeze it at peak, pack it, put your mark on it, hold it in our freezer, and ship it when you need it. Hold-and-ship is an extra fee, on purpose. The cook is one conversation. The dock is another. You market.

01 · Recipe

To the T

Your gumbo, your sauce, your plate — scaled so it is still that dish. Not “close enough.” Not a house recipe with your sticker.

02 · Cook

In this kitchen

Born in New Orleans. Made in New Orleans. Cooked fresh. Frozen at the peak. We do not send your brand to a stranger’s plant.

03 · Pack

Packaging here

Tray, sleeve, label, hotel pan, case. The pack-out is on our floor. Your face on the carton.

04 · Hold

It can sit here

Finished goods in our freezer. You do not need your own cold box to launch. We hold what we agree to hold.

05 · Ship

We can send it

Grocery PO, restaurant drop, wholesale case. We pack the outbound and ship. Extra fee. That is fulfillment inside the kitchen.

06 · You

Market. That’s the job.

Brand, accounts, the sell. We took the kitchen, the pack, the freezer, and the dock. You should be selling — not scrambling a co-packer.

You do not have to

Find a plant. Staff a freezer. Chase a shipper.

Most private-label stories dump you after the cook. Then you rent cold storage, hire a 3PL who does not know food, and pray the label is right. That is not this kitchen.

We do. In-house.

Recipe. Cook. Freeze. Pack. Hold. Ship.

One New Orleans kitchen. Hold-and-ship is billed so the dock is a real service, not a free afterthought. Conversation first. Then a spec, a volume, a hold rate, a ship rate.

Jambalaya

Who this is for

A grocer. A hotel. A chef with a name and no plant.

Store brand in the freezer aisle. Hotel pans with their mark. A New Orleans cook who can sell but should not have to run a factory. Same offer: we take the work. You take the brand to market.

The doors it ships through

Your name. Their warmer, their shelf, their case.

Grocery & wholesale

Frozen case pack. Your label. We can hold and ship to the DC or the independent when the PO lands.

Line Ready

Restaurants and hotels: your recipes in hotel pans. They heat and hold. You sold the program. We cooked it. Line Ready.

Catering trays

Your brand on the pan a captain can work. Same kitchen. Different pack.
