The idea

A chef in New Orleans. Cooking for your house.

We make the food here in New Orleans, using the recipes, ingredients and flavors that make this city worth eating for. Then we freeze the finished meal at its peak and send it to you. You don’t have to fly here. We’ll send New Orleans to you. The factory is how that food leaves this city. Same food for grocery, hotels, restaurants, wholesale and private label.

Weekly box

One consumer tray — a New Orleans plate, not a diet cup. Two servings on the label. Eat dinner, or split it and freeze the rest. 5, 7, 10, 14, 21, or 42 plates a week.

Grocery

Same tray. Same portion. Case-packed for the freezer aisle and wholesale POs.

Hotels, restaurants, wholesale

Same recipes in hotel pans and foodservice packs. Grocery, private label, and wholesale from the same kitchen.

Why we freeze

Capture the finished dish.

Freshly prepared food has a window when flavor, texture and quality are at their best. Freezing lets us capture that finished dish and preserve it for the journey to your table.

Frozen at peak

The cook, held. Then you savor it.

Cooked fresh. Frozen at the peak. Safer on the road. Intact when you heat it. That is how this food stays itself — and how New Orleans reaches your door.

Why we freeze — the peaks

A diet tray

Calorie-counted. Still hungry.

Those boxes are built to look like dinner in a photograph. You open them and you are still looking for food. That is not this kitchen.

A Fleur plate

Visibly larger. You should get full.

Restaurant cooking on a real plate — not a TV dinner, not a diet cup. Bigger than the calorie-counted boxes. Same generous tray in the weekly box and in grocery.

Monday

Cutoff. Your card charges. We lock the picks.

Tuesday

We pack. The carton leaves New Orleans. 24–48 hours on FedEx or UPS.

Your day

Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday — you pick. 8 AM–8 PM. Ice packs in the box. Then your freezer.

01 · The box

How the house eats.

Five weeknights. Seven dinners. Lunch and supper. A table of three. The Whole House — 42 plates at $9.99 — is the only plan at that price. Fill the box, then add extras at the locked rate. You pay for this week — not a month up front. Skip whenever you need.

02 · The pot

You pick the gumbo. The étouffée. The plate.

Change dishes before Monday lock. Next week you pick again. Premium seafood and boils add a little. Sweets are extra.

Common questions

The box, the price, the freezer.

What is Fleur Delish?

A weekly ready-to-heat New Orleans meal service. We cook it here, freeze it at peak, and send the box. You heat it in minutes. Skip or pause any week before Monday cutoff.

Why freeze?

Freshly prepared food has a window when flavor, texture and quality are at their best. Freezing lets us capture that finished dish and send New Orleans food anywhere. Heat it. You taste that cook. The full why.

How does delivery work?

Same 24–48 hour road time they use — FedEx or UPS, insulation, ice packs. You choose Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday. It shows up that day, 8 AM–8 PM. ZIP at checkout is for the window from New Orleans. We do not have a kitchen in your city. The food is already frozen, so that transit window is a delivery, not a race against a fridge.

Are the meals cooked fresh?

Yes. Cooked fresh in this kitchen. Frozen at the peak to lock in the quality of the finished dish and protect it through the journey to your door. Keep it frozen. Heat it when you’re hungry.

How much does it cost?

Sized for how a house eats: 5 weeknights at $12.99, 7 dinners at $11.99, lunch and supper at $11.49, two-a-day at $10.99, table of three at $10.49. The Whole House — 42 plates — is $9.99. That price is only on 42. Fill the plan, then add extras at the locked rate. Shipping is $10.99 on the box — free on 14, 21, and 42. Premium seafood and boils add a little. Sweets are extra.

Are the plates actually filling?

Yes. This is a restaurant plate, not a TV dinner and not a calorie-counted diet tray. Visibly larger. You should get full. Same generous tray in the weekly box and in grocery.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Skip, pause, or cancel in your account before Monday 11:59 PM Central. After cutoff that week’s box is already locked and charged.

How long do the meals keep?

These are frozen meals. Keep them frozen. Heat from frozen when you want them — that is when you savor the finished dish we captured at its peak. Each tray has a best-by on the label.
